MetaSAR-P is our P-band airborne SAR with FoPEN capabilities for wide-area surveillance and situational awareness of foliage covered areas.
It allows penetration in forest, sand and ice and can be combined with other bands (usually X-band).
For target detection under foliage P band or VHF are required and antenna design and integration must be carefully addressed.
